Characteristic

The Water based ink for corrugated box has stable ink property, does not corrode the printing substrate, prevents color transfer, strong water resistance and rapid drying. Dilution

1. Usually deionized water, tap water can also be used;

2. The proportion of diluent added under normal conditions shall not exceed 30%.

Precautions for Use

1. Hue: the color card must be compared with the reserved sample or table as required.

2. Viscosity: 22 ± 4S, regular inspection, visual inspection of reflux, adding water or ink blending oil (diluent) if necessary.

3. PH value: 8.5 ~ 9.5 allow detection after adding water or long-term circulation (more than 2 hours). When the front color and rear color overlap, gradually increase the ink viscosity and gradually reduce the ink pH value. (help to dry the ink and avoid color overlap and bottom leakage).

4. Wear resistance: wipe with white paper or friction instrument, and there is no pulverization and obvious deinking on the printing surface.

5. Residual ink recycling: more than 80 mesh screen filtration or transfer into dark color.

6. Storage: the storage period is 12 months. When on the machine, it must be fully stirred and sealed for storage.

7. After different substrates are coated with varnish, the effects of gloss and abrasion resistance will be different.
