Precautions for Use

1. Mix the ink evenly before use and seal it at any time after use;

2. 10-30% diluent can be added as required;

3. The surface of the substrate must be clean and free of oil, dust, etc;

4. When multi-color overprint, the next color can be printed only after the surface of the ink layer is dry;

5. If the screen is blocked, it can be cleaned with diluent or cleaning agent, and then printed after the screen is dry.

6. Different printing materials and environment will affect the printing effect. It is recommended to use in large quantities after trial;

7. Diluents with different drying speeds shall be selected according to different environmental climate;

8. After printing, the products can be overlapped only after the ink film is completely dry;

9. When storing and using ink, keep it away from fireworks and at room temperature;

10. Pay attention to the drying speed of ink during printing. Solvents with different drying speeds can be used to adjust the drying of ink. If the ink is too slow, it will wrinkle during dry printing.

11. Softener can be added to adjust the feel of the ink as needed.

Non woven fabric ink is made of water-soluble resin, pigment, solvent and additives. Water soluble resin mainly plays the role of connecting material in the ink, so that the pigment particles are evenly dispersed, so that the ink has a certain fluidity, produces adhesion with the substrate material, and makes the ink form a uniform film after printing. Volatile organic compounds (VOC)

It has many kinds, such as alcohol, ester, ether, ketone, mineral oil, etc. Like aromatic solvents, it will volatilize with ink drying, thus polluting the air.
