2. There are two types of inks available for napkin printing enterprises, one is finished ink, the other is concentrated ink. The finished ink can only be printed on a limited number of substrate materials, while the concentrated ink can be printed on a variety of substrate materials, but some additives need to be added. Concentrated ink is very convenient to use and can be applied to a variety of printing presses and anilox rollers, which is very important because different models are often used in a batch of activities.

3. In order to avoid the problem of poor resistance after napkin printing, we should understand what substances napkins will be exposed to in the process of terminal application. We must consider that napkin printing ink should have high alkali resistance and resistance to substances such as milk, water and ethanol. The testing methods formulated by enterprises should be repeatable to eliminate the influence of operators' subjective factors on the testing results.

4. Considering the safety of napkins in contact with skin and eyes during use, it is also necessary to be familiar with some terms, such as occasional food contact, indirect food contact and direct food contact, and correctly select the ink that has passed the food direct contact certification. When printers fully consider the above factors, they will limit the choice of ink color for napkin printing, especially many bright colors can not be copied on napkins. At the same time, these limitations also increase the cost of ink.
