Acrylic water-based varnish formula:

Acrylic water-based lacquer varnish is mainly composed of main agent, solvent and auxiliary agent.

a. Main agent. The main agent of Waterborne Glazing oil is film-forming resin, which is the film-forming material of glazing agent. It is usually synthetic resin, which affects and supports various physical properties in the deep layer

Performance and glazing quality of the film, such as gloss, adhesion, dryness, etc;

b. Additives. Additives are used to improve the physicochemical properties and processing characteristics of water-based polishing agents. The types of additives are: curing agent. Improve the film-forming property of water-based main agent and increase the cohesion strength of the film; Surfactant. Reduce the surface tension of aqueous solvent and improve leveling; Defoamer. It can control the foaming of polishing agent for a long time and eliminate the quality defects such as fish eyes and pinholes; desiccant. The ammonia content in the mixture gas cannot be distinguished by human olfaction (generally 0.6-5mg / L at the level of human olfactory threshold 2-3). These substances have less content and will not cause harm to human body. Due to different formulations of Waterborne Varnish, the mixture may also contain ethanol, isopropanol, low boiling point alcohol ether, etc. with different contents, the odor will be different. The more scientific identification method is to open the cover for a while, or pour out the water-based varnish to smell, so as to reflect the real smell of the varnish. At the same time, smell whether there is residual smell in the scraper or printing sample (after drying). Whether there is residual smell is more important than the taste of the varnish itself. No matter how light the smell of water-based varnish is, if there is residual smell on the printed matter, it should still be carefully selected.
