Product Description

Water based ink for plastic film is an aliphatic waterborne polyurethane resin with excellent adhesion and heat capacity on PVC, pet, OPP and other substrates. It can be used as the main resin of film printing ink. Excellent transfer, excellent pigment dispersion, excellent gloss, excellent paste storage stability, excellent alcohol dilution resistance and excellent re solubility.

Product Features

Good adhesion to pet and opp. It can be diluted arbitrarily with ethanol, with good re solubility. It can grind and disperse pigments with good hot melt.

Application: plastic film printing ink. Usage: use directly, or add 1 ~ 2% aziridine crosslinker and bake in 60-100 B for 1 min. Storage and transportation: This product is non hazardous. It shall be stored and used at 5 ~ 40 ℃, and the effective storage period in closed container is 12 months. Package specification: 20kg / barrel, 50kg / barrel, 200kg / barrel.
