Woven Bag Printing Ink

It is used for trademark printing of plastic woven bags, film covered bags, paper bags and other plastic products. woven bag printing ink is mainly composed of a variety of resins, non-toxic solvents and high-grade organic silica gel, which are fully ground and divided.

The woven bag printing ink we produce is water-based ink. This series of products are made of toner, water-based polyurethane resin and related additives through reaction. It has strong color development power. Woven bag water-based ink is suitable for printing products: feed woven bag, cement woven bag, chemical fertilizer woven bag, etc

Characteristic

2. The ink viscosity changes stably, the printing dot is clear, and it is not easy to decolorize.

3. Low foaming, fast drying and good water washability.

4. It has strong wear resistance, water resistance and good frost resistance. It is most suitable for frozen packaging and printing.

Instructions

1. Please mix well before use to keep the internal composition of the ink uniform.

2. After opening, the residual ink shall be covered and sealed immediately to prevent dry consolidation skin and dust from falling in.

3. Avoid high temperature or hot sun during storage. Store in a cool and ventilated place for about one year without deterioration.

4. When using, add a small amount of water according to the situation, and do not add too much water to fade and other adverse consequences.

5. When adding other varieties for mixed use, pay attention to their compatibility, such as caking and agglomerating, which can not be used together.

Store

1. The general storage period under sealed condition is 12 months.

2. Direct sunlight.

3. After use, the remaining ink shall be sealed and stored to avoid viscosity rise or scaling caused by water volatilization.

Packing

Packed in plastic drums, net weight: 20kgs / barrel, 25kgs/barrel,50kgs / barrel, 200kgs / barrel.
