Matters Needing Attention

1. The printing ink black must be stirred evenly before being put into the machine, and tap water shall be directly used for dilution. According to climate change, it can be adjusted with our ink blending oil.

2. in the course of application, if the foam is found, add proper amount of defoamer <0.2% - 0.3%>, and continue to use.

3. During the printing process, due to the blockage of the rubber plate, it needs to be cleaned. You can use a board brush to dip a small amount of washing powder and water to clean the sundries in the gap of the plate.

4. After the printing ink black is used, put the ink in the ink tank into the barrel and cover it immediately, so as to avoid the volatilization of effective substances in the ink and affect the printing quality.
