2. Therefore, for inking holes with the same surface area, it is recommended to carve shallower.

How to use the ink?

1. Completely remove the release agent or grease on the surface with special treatment agent or special cleaner to improve the adhesion.

2. Before using water-based intaglio ink, the operator shall fully mix the ink used to avoid color separation and precipitation caused by long-term storage, which will affect the color difference.

3. Usage ratio of hardener: water based intaglio ink provided by the company: water-based hardener: diluent (deionized water) 100:5-10: appropriate amount.

4. The ink added with hardener must be fully stirred for more than 3 minutes before use (uneven mixing will cause poor adhesion) within 4 hours!

5. The standard curing and drying of water based intaglio ink is 24 hours. If the temperature is low, it is necessary to extend the drying time or heat it for 60 degrees!
